The Board has appointed Mr. Siddheshwar Sunil Kadane as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective January 1, 2025, following the resignation of Mr. Manmay Kalyankar. Additionally, Mr. Kadane and Mr. Arun Aradhye, Whole Time Director & CFO, have been authorized to determine the materiality of events or information and make disclosures to the Stock Exchanges.
