Medicamen Organics Limited (MOL) has entered into a strategic partnership with Medi Hub Organic Ltd. (MHOL) to establish a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Nepal. MOL will invest ₹9 Cr (NPR 14.4 Cr) to support the construction of this facility and will hold a 30% stake in MHOL. The collaboration aims to enhance MOL's regional presence and bolster manufacturing capacities, producing a wide range of pharmaceutical products while adhering to CGMP norms and aspiring for European quality standards. This partnership is expected to foster technology transfer and improve local self-sufficiency in Nepal’s pharmaceutical sector.

MOL's Managing Director, Mr. Bal Kishan Gupta, noted that this collaboration aligns with their growth strategy and emphasizes their commitment to addressing increasing demand for high-quality healthcare products. The initiative reflects positive growth prospects, catering to the healthcare needs in Nepal, the South Asian region, and potentially the EU market.
