Adani Green Energy Limited — Updates, 30-12-2024: Press Release

A leadership transition has been initiated at Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) as part of the Adani Group’s internal planning for sustainable growth. Mr. Amit Singh, the current CEO, will step down on 31 March 2025 to assume the role of CEO for the Adani Group's International Energy Business. Mr. Ashish Khanna, the present CEO of the International Energy Business, will take over as CEO of AGEL on 1 April 2025. With over three decades of expertise in renewables and infrastructure, Khanna’s appointment is expected to enhance AGEL’s strategic direction as the group expands into international markets, particularly in the MENA region. AGEL, which currently operates 11.2 GW of renewable energy capacity and aims for 50 GW by 2030, continues to focus on reducing the Levelized Cost of Energy to promote the adoption of clean energy solutions. The leadership shift is anticipated to reinforce AGEL's commitment to innovative growth and operational excellence.
