S D Retail Limited — Board Meeting, 30-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of S D Retail Limited has accepted the resignation of Ms. Sakshi Singh Chauhan from her position as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective immediately. Concurrently, Ms. Shah Poojaben has been appointed to succeed her, effective from the conclusion of the meeting. The Board has also approved a reassessment of sitting fees for Non-Executive directors and the appointment of related parties to hold office under the company, subject to terms recommended by the Audit Committee.
