Tunwal E-Motors Limited — Board Meeting, 30-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Pawan B. Randad as the Secretarial Auditor and M/s. Brijesh S. Chandak as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2024-2025. Ms. Bhavana Shivshankar Sangoli has resigned as Company Secretary, effective December 31, 2024, to pursue another career opportunity. She will be succeeded by Ms. Niharika Choudhary, who will take over as Company Secretary from January 1, 2025. The interim compliance officer will be Mr. Jhumarmal Pannaram Tunwal, the Managing Director.
