Adani Enterprises Limited — Board Meeting, 30-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

Adani Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting outcome where the Board approved an agreement with Adani Commodities LLP and Lence Pte. Ltd. for a transaction allowing mutual call and put options on 403,739,517 shares of Adani Wilmar Limited, not exceeding INR 305 per share. The directors from Adani Commodities will resign from Adani Wilmar’s board. The transaction requires compliance with minimum public shareholding requirements and will lead to the termination of existing shareholder agreements. After the transaction, Adani Commodities will hold no shares in Adani Wilmar.
