Hardwyn India Limited has announced a board meeting and allotted 13,95,52,587 fully paid bonus equity shares to existing shareholders in a ratio of 2 bonus shares for every 5 shares held. The record date for this allotment was December 27, 2024. Following the bonus issue, the company's paid-up equity share capital will increase to Rs 48.84 crore, comprising 48,84,34,054 equity shares of Rs 1 each. Fractional shares will be encashed and the proceeds distributed to shareholders proportionately.
