Gufic Biosciences Limited — Board Meeting, 27-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of M/s. Manish Ghia & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2024-25. Additionally, a Postal Ballot Notice was issued for members to approve the appointment of Mr. Akshya Kumar Mahapatra as an Independent Director and revisions to the remuneration of Mr. Jayesh P. Choksi and Mr. Pranav J. Choksi. Amendments to the policies for Determination of Materiality of Events or Information and Related Party Transactions were also approved to comply with recent SEBI regulations.
