Srivari Spices and Foods Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the acquisition of a 60% stake in Srivari Supply Chain Private Limited through the purchase of 6,000 equity shares. This move aims to enhance the company's logistics and distribution capabilities, optimizing product movement and delivery efficiency. Following this acquisition, Srivari Supply Chain will become a wholly-owned subsidiary. The transaction is set to be completed on or before January 31, 2025, at a cash consideration of ₹0.60 crore (cr).
