Emami Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 27-12-2024: Record Date

Emami Limited has announced a board meeting on 27th January 2025 to review the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 31st December 2024 and to consider declaring a 2nd interim dividend for FY 2024-25. The record date for determining eligible shareholders for the dividend, if approved, is set for 4th February 2025. Additionally, trading in the company's shares will be restricted for designated persons from 1st January 2025 to 29th January 2025, inclusive.
