Fortis Healthcare Limited's Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Leo Puri as an Additional Independent Director and the Chairman of the Board, effective immediately. His term as an Independent Director will last for five years, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Puri succeeds Mr. Indrajit Banerjee, who served as interim Chairman since October 1, 2024, and will remain a board member.
