Redtape Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 26-12-2024: Dividend

The Board of Directors has declared an interim dividend of ₹2 (100%) per equity share for FY 2024-25, with a record date set for 3 January 2024 to determine shareholder entitlement. Additionally, the Board proposed an increase in authorized share capital from ₹30.02 crores to ₹112.01 crores, subject to member approval. A bonus issue is also on the table, proposing to issue 3 new fully paid-up equity shares for every 1 existing share, resulting in a total of 41.46 crores equity shares to be issued. The bonus will be drawn from free reserves as per the audited financials for the year ended March 31, 2024.
