Urban Enviro Waste Management Limited — Board Meeting, 25-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has approved a Bonus Issue of equity shares in a 1:1 ratio, meaning one new fully paid-up equity share for each existing share held by eligible shareholders as of the record date, pending shareholder approval. The total of 43.30 lakh equity shares will be issued out of the company's securities premium, with free reserves sufficient for the capitalization. Additionally, M/s Kunal Dutt & Associates has been appointed as scrutinizer for the postal ballot process to secure member approval for the Bonus Issue. The draft Postal Ballot Notice and associated calendar of events have also been greenlit.
