Marico Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 24-12-2024: Allotment of Securities

Marico has allotted 3,038 equity shares under the Marico Employee Stock Option Plan, 2016 (ESOP 2016) to eligible grantees following the exercise of stock options. The face value of the shares is Re. 1 each. Following this allotment, the total paid-up share capital increased from Rs. 1,29,52,46,044 to Rs. 1,29,52,49,082. The exercise price for these shares was Rs. 545.34, with a premium of Rs. 544.34 per share.
