Share India Securities Limited has approved an investment of ₹59.5 crore in the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited (MSE) through the acquisition of 29.75 crore equity shares, amounting to a 4.958% stake in MSE’s post-issue paid-up capital. This strategic move aims to bolster the company's presence in the financial services and securities market ecosystem. The acquisition will be completed within 60 working days, with shares acquired at ₹2 each. MSE, operational since 2008, offers a platform for various trading segments, showcasing a turnover of ₹7.36 crore in FY 2023-24.
