Arihant Superstructures Ltd has acquired an additional 11 acres of land next to its World Villas project in Chowk-Karjat. This expansion aims to enhance the residential layout by adding more villas, increasing the total development area to 88 acres. The project's strategic location near the Navi Mumbai Airport within the rapidly growing Navi Mumbai-MMR real estate market positions it favorably amidst upcoming infrastructure projects, such as the MTHL Sea Link, set to create 1 million jobs in the next decade.

This acquisition is projected to significantly boost revenue potential to over INR 1,200 crores. According to Mr. Ashok Chhajer, the CMD, this addition aligns with their goal of amassing a land bank of over 300 acres in the MMR region, focusing on the influential Navi Mumbai Airport area.
