Tara Chand InfraLogistic Solutions Limited — Important, 24-12-2024: General Updates

Tara Chand InfraLogistic Solutions Limited has completed the purchase of four new cranes from Zoomlion India as part of its Annual Purchase Plan. The acquisition includes one Zoomlion ZCC9800W with a capacity of 800 MT, one Zoomlion ZTC1500E at 150 MT, and two Zoomlion ZTC1100R cranes with a combined capacity of 220 MT. This brings the total capacity from the new cranes to 1,170 MT and contributes to a capex of approximately Rs. 131.44 Crore for the financial year 2024-25. The newly acquired cranes will be utilized in the Construction Equipment Rentals segment, enhancing the company’s capabilities in the Renewable Energy and Cement sectors, reinforcing a positive outlook for future growth opportunities.
