IIFL Finance Limited — Board Meeting, 23-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

IIFL Finance has announced a board meeting to discuss the conversion of its existing medium-term note programme into a global medium-term note programme. Additionally, it plans to issue secured debt instruments in the form of US Dollar or other foreign currency-denominated notes under the new programme, subject to market conditions and regulatory compliance. A preliminary offering circular regarding these notes will be made available to prospective investors, although the notes will not be offered or sold in India.
