MMK Toll Road Private Limited, as the investment manager of the IRB Infrastructure Trust, has successfully completed a rights issue, issuing 5,84,00,000 units at an issue price of ₹293.65 per unit, raising a total of ₹1,714.92 crore. The Company, as the Trust's sponsor, received 2,98,00,000 units, while other unitholders obtained 2,86,00,000 units. Following this allotment, the Company retains approximately 51% of the units in the Trust.
