Endurance Technologies Limited — JV/Acquisition, 19-12-2024: Amalgamation/Merger

Endurance Technologies has initiated a merger involving its wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries, Frenotecnica S.r.l. and New Fren S.r.l., with another wholly-owned subsidiary, Endurance Adler S.p.A. This merger, effective January 1, 2025, aims to enhance operational efficiencies and streamline its Italian operations. The appointed date for the merger is April 1, 2024. As part of the restructuring, Endurance Adler S.p.A. will be renamed Endurance Two Wheelers S.p.A. This strategic move is expected to strengthen the company's market positioning in the two-wheeler segment.
