Sploot, which provides pet health and nutrition services via a content and app-based platform, reported a turnover of Rs. 1.79 Crores and a net loss of Rs. 5.42 Crores. This follow-on investment aligns with the company's strategy to focus on value creation through external financial investments. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 30 days of Board approval.
