Grasim Industries Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 19-12-2024: Allotment of Securities

Grasim Industries has announced the allotment of 2,00,000 fully paid, unsecured, listed, rated, redeemable non-convertible debentures (7.21% GIL 2034, Series I) with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each, amounting to ₹2,000 crore. These debentures are rated "AAA (STABLE)" by ICRA and CRISIL and will mature on 19th December 2034, offering an annual coupon rate of 7.21%. The proceeds will be utilized according to the company's strategic financial plans. The securities will be listed on the wholesale debt market segment of BSE Limited.
