Adani Airport Holdings Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary named World Plate Collective Cuisines Private Limited (WPCCPL). The authorized and paid-up share capital is set at Rs. 10,00,000 divided into 1,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, and as of now, the turnover is nil as the company has yet to commence business operations. WPCCPL's primary focus will be on operating and renovating lounges, hotels, kitchens, bars, and marketing all types of vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods and beverages. AAHL will hold 100% of the share capital of WPCCPL, which was registered in Gujarat. This strategic move could facilitate expansion into the hospitality and food service sectors, presenting potential growth opportunities for the overall group.
