DOMS Industries Limited — Important, 18-12-2024: Updates

F.I.L.A. – Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. has initiated a placement of up to 2,773,407 equity shares of DOMS Industries Limited, representing approximately 4.57% of its outstanding equity. This placement aims to enhance the liquidity of DOMS shares and attract new investors. Following the transaction, F.I.L.A.'s stake in DOMS will decrease to a minimum of 26.01%, but it intends to maintain its status as the largest shareholder and strategic partner. The accelerated bookbuilding process will commence immediately, with BNP PARIBAS and J.P. Morgan acting as Joint Bookrunners. F.I.L.A. has also agreed to a 90-day lock-up on its remaining shares post-placement.
