The development consists of 420 thoughtfully designed 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK homes over 4.3 acres, with a projected revenue potential of ₹500 Cr. This project emphasizes sustainable living, featuring eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient designs, and water conservation measures. Additionally, the residences are designed to utilize renewable energy for 100% of the common area lighting, significantly reducing the environmental footprint and enhancing residents' quality of life. The total development area is projected at about 0.7 million sq. ft.
