The Board of Directors of INDOWIND ENERGY Limited has approved several significant measures. Additionally, the Board authorized a fresh rights issue of up to ₹50 Crore for expansion and plans to issue overseas new securities up to USD 30 million for restructuring outstanding bonds and business expansion.
