Brigade Group has launched Brigade Citrine, India's first net-zero residential development, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹500 Crores. The project spans approximately 4.3 acres in Budigere Cross, Whitefield, Bengaluru, featuring 420 units of 1, 2, 3, and 4 BHK homes. To achieve its net-zero carbon goal, Brigade Citrine incorporates eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient designs, and water conservation measures, targeting a reduction in operational and embodied carbon by up to 40%. This innovative approach also aims to save around 8,900 tankers of water annually and utilizes renewable energy for all common area lighting. With a focus on sustainability, Brigade Group aligns this project with its broader goal of achieving net-zero emissions by 2045. Brigade Citrine promises a unique blend of luxury and sustainability in a low-density setting, enhancing the living experience for its residents.
