TVS Holdings Limited — JV/Acquisition, 18-12-2024: Acquisition

TVS Emerald Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of TVS Holdings, has executed agreements to acquire 100% of the equity shares and compulsorily convertible debentures of Radial (Phase II) and Radial (Phase III) IT Park Private Limited, amounting to ₹234.33 Cr and ₹342 Cr, respectively. This move aims to enhance market penetration and capabilities in the construction sector. Both companies will become wholly owned subsidiaries post-acquisition, with completion expected by December 31, 2024, subject to certain conditions. The strategic acquisitions are anticipated to unlock new revenue opportunities for TVS Emerald.
