Poonawalla Fincorp Limited — Board Meeting, 18-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Rajeev Sardana as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective immediately, and is set to hold office until the next general meeting. The Board has also re-appointed Mr. Sanjay Kumar as an Independent Director for a second term of three years starting January 15, 2025. Furthermore, the borrowing limits have been increased from ₹25,000 Cr to ₹50,000 Cr. An Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled for January 9, 2025, to seek shareholder approval for these decisions and related matters.
