TTK Prestige Limited — Board Meeting, 18-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Prabhakar Jain as an Additional Independent Director, effective January 1, 2025, pending shareholder approval via a Special Resolution. Mr. Jain brings over 45 years of experience in the consumer industry, currently serving as Chief Business Officer for Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy at Pidilite Industries. His previous roles include CEO of both Pidilite's International business and the Fevicol Division, as well as senior positions at Goodyear India and ICI Plc.
