The Board of Orient Electric Limited has confirmed key changes in its Key Managerial Personnel. Mr. Saibal Sengupta will retire as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective December 31, 2024. Mr. Arvind Vats has been appointed as the new CFO and Chief Risk Officer, starting January 1, 2025, following his designation as CFO-Designate from December 17, 2024. Additionally, Mr. Hitesh Kumar Jain has resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective December 20, 2024, to pursue other career opportunities.
