Heads UP Ventures Limited — Board Meeting, 16-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has announced the appointment of four new Additional Directors, including Mr. Harshkumar Pravinbhai Patel as Non-Executive Director and Mr. Kunj Yogeshbhai Patel, Mr. Akash Jitendrakumar Patel, and Ms. Amrita Ashutosh Tiwari as Additional Independent Directors, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s. Ajit And Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for the financial year 2024-25. The Board also addressed compliance matters, including a Rs. 4,000 fine for delayed annual return filing and waived a Rs. 47,000 fine related to the appointment of a Company Secretary.
