The Board of Directors of ESSEN SPECIALITY FILMS LIMITED has approved the allotment of 41,39,840 bonus shares at a ratio of 1:5, distributing one new equity share for every five existing shares held as of the record date, December 13, 2024. The shares have a face value of Rs. 10 each. Following this allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital increases to Rs. 24.84 crore, comprising a total of 2,48,39,040 equity shares.
