Trident Limited — JV/Acquisition, 14-12-2024: Acquisition

Trident Limited plans to restructure its overseas subsidiary structure, selling its stakes in Trident Global Inc. (USA) and Trident Europe Limited (UK) to Trident Group Enterprises Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), which will subsequently become wholly-owned subsidiaries underneath Trident Limited. This simplification aims to optimize governance costs.

Additionally, Trident Group Enterprises Pte. Ltd. is set to acquire 100% of THTL Trading L.L.C. in Dubai for approximately USD 0.04 million to diversify and expand its operations. Trident will inject up to USD 10 million into Trident Group Enterprises for these acquisitions and further global expansion initiatives. This move is expected to enhance operational efficiency and open up new business opportunities in international markets.
