Aeroflex Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 14-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Aeroflex Industries Limited has announced a board meeting to approve a proposal for raising funds through the issuance of equity shares, not exceeding ₹ 400 crore, via qualified institutions placement (QIP) or other permissible methods. An Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled to be held on January 15, 2024, to consider this matter further. Additionally, it was reported that trial production for Phase-I of the metal bellows project has commenced.
