Additionally, the board approved the closure of the Hyderabad manufacturing facility, which contributes approximately ₹72.8 crore, representing 7.1% of standalone revenue and 2.1% of consolidated revenue. This strategic move aims to consolidate operations with the Karamsad facility for better capacity utilization and cost efficiency, expected to be completed within two months.
