Delta Manufacturing Limited — Board Meeting, 13-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The board of Delta Manufacturing Limited has approved the transfer of its soft ferrite manufacturing business to MMG Ferrites Private Limited on a slump sale basis, pending shareholder approval. This transfer will facilitate a partnership with Premo, S.L., which will acquire 50% of MMG. The soft ferrite business generated a turnover of ₹16.1 Cr, contributing 19.27% to the company’s overall revenue for FY 2023-24. An Extraordinary General Meeting will be convened to discuss the transaction details. The expected completion of the transaction is by March 31, 2025.
