The Board of Directors has approved several significant resolutions by circulation. They will seek shareholder approval for the appointment of Mr. Vivek Goenka as an Independent Director through a Postal Ballot. Additionally, Mr. Deepak Kumar Daga has been appointed as the scrutinizer for conducting remote e-voting for this purpose. December 13, 2024, has been set as the cut-off date for determining eligible shareholders for the Postal Ballot notice and electronic voting. M/s.
