Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a License Agreement for the upcoming Lemon Tree Hotel in Ranchi, Jharkhand, which is expected to open in FY 2027. The hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. This new property will feature 65 rooms, a restaurant, a rooftop bar, banquet halls, meeting rooms, a swimming pool, and a fitness center.
