Each subsidiary has an authorized and paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000, with no current turnover as they have yet to commence operations. The main objective of these entities is to generate, develop, and distribute power from renewable sources, such as wind and solar energy, aligning with Adani Green Energy’s sustainability goals.
