Pennar Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 12-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Pennar Industries has given in-principle approval for a joint venture with Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Private Limited to manufacture and sell solar modules and cells, including the development and operation of the manufacturing unit. The agreement aims at tapping both domestic and international markets.
