Virinchi Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 12-12-2024: Allotment of Securities

Virinchi has allotted a total of 6,17,870 Equity Shares under its Employee Stock Option Schemes (VESOS, 2016 and VESOS, 2022) to eligible employees who exercised their options. Following this allotment, the total Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company has increased to ₹102.41 crore, divided into 10.24 crore Equity Shares of ₹10 each. This move reflects the company's commitment to employee engagement through stock ownership.
