Jiwanram Sheoduttrai Industries Limited — Important, 12-12-2024: Updates

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s. Jain Sonu & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditor due to a casual vacancy following the resignation of M/s. S. K. Bhalotia & Co. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming Extra-Ordinary General Meeting, which will be announced later. M/s. Jain Sonu & Associates, which has been chosen for its experience in various audits, will conduct the statutory audit for the financial year 2024-2025, effective immediately until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting in 2025. Additionally, the decision to raise funds through loans by pledging equity shares held by the Promoter or Promoter group is currently on hold.
