The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mrs. Swetha Subramanian as the new Scrutinizer for the ongoing postal ballot, following the passing of Mrs. Lakshmi Subramanian. The Board also discussed a fine of ₹0.767 crore imposed by stock exchanges for non-compliance related to the appointment of three new Independent Directors, which were appointed on October 7, 2024, after obtaining necessary approvals from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting and the Ministry of Civil Aviation. The company has applied for a waiver on the fine, citing regulatory compliance challenges.
