Nesco Limited — New Orders, 12-12-2024: Bagging/Receiving of orders/contracts

National Highways Logistics Management Limited has declared Nesco Limited as the Highest Bidder for the development, operation, and maintenance of Wayside Amenities on the Hyderabad-Visakhapatnam Expressway in the Khammam-Devarapalle section. This contract entails a lease period of 30 years with an option to extend for an additional 30 years. Development must be completed within 10 months of the appointed date.

The estimated development cost for each of the four sites is around ₹50 crore (Cr), leading to a total investment of approximately ₹200 Cr. Expected annual revenues from these sites are projected to reach ₹300 Cr starting from the fourth year of operations. The annual lease rent for the four sites is fixed at ₹4.29 crore, with revisions based on the Wholesale Price Index (WPI) and Consumer Price Index (CPI). This initiative could present significant growth opportunities for Nesco in the coming years.
