Australian Premium Solar (India) Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 12-12-2024: Preferential issue

The Board of Australian Premium Solar (India) Limited has approved a preferential issue comprising up to 3,83,500 equity shares at ₹527 each, raising approximately ₹20.21 crore, and 94,750 fully convertible warrants at the same price for promoter shareholders. The authorized share capital is increased to ₹22 crore, subject to member approval at an Extra-ordinary General Meeting on January 9, 2025. Additionally, the company intends to acquire a 51% stake in Aplus Solar Cell Private Limited, making it a subsidiary, and is set to establish a wholly owned subsidiary by March 31, 2025.
