Australian Premium Solar (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 12-12-2024: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has approved an increase in authorized share capital to ₹ 22 crore and plans to issue up to 3.83 lakh equity shares at ₹ 527 each to non-promoter shareholders. Additionally, 94,750 fully convertible warrants will be offered to promoters at the same price. An Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled for January 9, 2025, to seek members' approval for these matters. The Board also approved acquiring a 51% stake in Aplus Solar Cell Private Limited, making it a subsidiary, and the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, with completion targeted by March 31, 2025.
