Bharti Airtel Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 11-12-2024: Allotment of Securities

Bharti Airtel has announced the allotment of 1,000,255 fully paid-up equity shares under the conversion of USD 7.152 million from its 1.50% Convertible Bonds due 2025. The shares were issued at a conversion price of INR 515 each. This action increases the company's paid-up equity share capital to INR 28,969.52 crore, now comprising 5,695.83 million fully paid-up shares. Additionally, the outstanding principal of the FCCBs has been reduced to USD 45.048 million, enhancing the company's capital structure.
