Strides Pharma Science Limited — JV/Acquisition, 11-12-2024: Demerger

OneSource Specialty Pharma Limited has completed its share allotment for Strides Pharma Science Limited's shareholders as part of a Scheme of Arrangement. Shareholders holding two equity shares of Strides received one equity share of OneSource at a face value of Re. 1 each. The shares will be credited to shareholders' demat accounts, with unclaimed shares temporarily held in a suspense account. OneSource is preparing to file an Information Memorandum for listing approval, expected in Q4 FY25, allowing trading of its shares on the Stock Exchanges.
