Jubilant Ingrevia Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 11-12-2024: Issue of Securities

Jubilant Ingrevia has issued Commercial Papers (CPs) totaling Rs. 100 Crore, listing them on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). The CPs have a tenure of 75 days, maturing on February 24, 2025, and offer a coupon rate of 7.28% per annum, with interest paid upfront. Following this issuance, the total CPs outstanding reach Rs. 200 Crore. The Finance Committee had previously approved the issuance of CPs up to Rs. 600 Crore in one or more tranches.
